It's really Nouvelle Cuisine - based on French and Italian cuisines, with influences and seasonings from the Pacific Rim, but relying heavily on fresh California produce and tastes formed by the California climate.

Breakfast and dinner menus can be selected according to each participant's program and location at mealtimes. Each meal link leads to a variety of choices in the San Francisco Bay Area. Your first lunch will be in Berkeley.
